The CVO Softail Deluxe is a top-end motorcycle built in a post-war retro-style by Harley Davidson from 1984 onwards. Loosely based on a custom bobber, this Harley incorporates large-diameter touring forks, Brembo anti-lock brakes, LED lights and a custom Art Deco-style paint scheme.
Named for its rear-suspension design, mimicking a vintage hard-tail frame but with the added comfort of modern suspension concealed by the chassis, this Softail boasts clean lines, a lowered seat and a rigid-mounted twin cam 1800 cc engine.
The Softail Deluxe also features the six-speed Cruise Drive transmission providing excellent mid-range torque. Fully outfitted with windshield, lockable saddlebags, luggage rack, sissy bar, and passenger pad, all of these added components can easily be removed for a stripped-down “about town” look.
Never intended as a race bike, the Softail is perhaps best renowned for its effortless cruising at relatively low engine revs.
This Harley is located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates as part of a stunning collection.
