The Lancia Beta is a car which was produced by Lancia from 1972 to 1984. The Beta was the first model introduced by Lancia after Fiat took over in 1969. This stunning two-door convertible is called the Spyder (or Zagato in America).
When this car model was first launched it was spelled with a “y” not an “i”, this was done to differentiate the car from the Alpha Romeo Spider.
The Spyder used the coupé’s smaller wheelbase and presents a targa top roof panel and folding rear roof. It is powered by the 1600 twin-cam engine. The Spyder was designed by Pininfarina but actually built by Zagato.
This car is very rare & uniquely designed, especially with the lift-off targa roof panel and fold-down rear hood. Located in Dubai, UAE the classic car is part of a beautiful car collection.
