The 1976 Cadillac Eldorado convertibles were considered an instant collector’s items, and speculators soon drove prices sky high. Once factory production ended and dealer supply was depleted, prices flew 2 to 3 times suggested retail price of $11,049, making this car highly sought after for any collection.
GM heavily promoted this 1975 Eldorado as “the last American convertible”. The Eldorado 70’s styling has often been associated with the size and comfort of the old car.
